He is very interested in seeing more PBPs having worked with them since one of the first ones came out of the LA Zoo in 1987. His swine experience includes 7 years at the San Diego Zoo which has the largest exotic swine collection in the US including pot bellies. Anesthetic procedures that they have developed there are very useful in potbellied pigs and are far superior in duration of recovery and stress to the commonly used procedures. Will be happy to see any pigs. His wife Lucy Edens, is an ambulatory equine veterinarian in north San Diego County and she works on pigs also. If he can't see the pigs, she can see them in the field.
